Please note that certain precision-engineered hardware may be subject to inspection to ensure quality standards are maintained for the next user.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team through our portal with your order number and a brief explanation of why the components did not meet your project requirements.

  Package Your Components

  Securely place the unused items in their original Slice Engineering packaging to prevent damage to delicate thermistors, heaters, or nozzles during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier to ensure the shipment is tracked back to our Florida headquarters.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineering team verifies the integrity of the hardware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
